How to reach Bad Aibling
By air
The nearest major airport is Munich International Airport (MUC), which receives direct flights from most major international cities including New York, London, Toronto, Sydney, Dubai, and Singapore. The airport is approximately 80 kilometers from Bad Aibling, and the journey takes about one hour by car or train.
Airport to hospital
We can arrange a private transfer from Munich airport directly to the hospital or to your accommodation in Bad Aibling. Alternatively, the German rail system (Deutsche Bahn) operates frequent trains from Munich Central Station to Bad Aibling station — the journey takes approximately 45 minutes and the station is a short taxi ride from the hospital.
By train
Bad Aibling is well connected to the German rail network. High-speed ICE trains from Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, and other major German cities connect through Munich. From Munich, regional trains run to Bad Aibling approximately every 30 minutes.
By car
Bad Aibling is located just off the A8 motorway (Munich – Salzburg). Free parking is available at the hospital. If you are driving from Austria, the distance from Salzburg is approximately 100 kilometers.
